My faith is based upon the proposition that we each have a path to follow in this life. The early part of our lives is typically spent in search of the path, and the latter part in pursuing its direction. In that spirit, I became a member of the First Parish in Concord, Massachusetts, a Unitarian Universalist congregation, in 1993.
My ties to First Parish brought me in touch with the Unitarian Universalist
Urban Ministry. This independent organization has been serving poor people
in the city of Boston for over 175 years. My primary interest is in working
with the children's programs that are sponsored by UUUM and hosted at the
First Church of Roxbury, Massachusetts. Dearest to me is the Stand
High Stand United program for elementary aged children.
I could go on about what I believe, but I prefer to do so in the context of
a conversation. If you wish to engage in such a conversation with me, send
me an email.
